until after the appointment has concluded.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included. A 20% gratuity is appreciated.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time
so we don’t delay the next guest.The full service fee will still apply.
Right to Refuse Service
We may refuse or discontinue service for anyone displaying inappropriate
or disruptive behavior.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used for gratuity.
Service Animals & Pets
Trained service animals are welcome. Pets are not allowed.
Children

Guests must be 16+ to receive services.

Under 16 may receive services but must be accompanied by an adult.

Children under 14 who are not receiving services may not stay in treatment rooms, lounges, or waiting areas.
Accessibility
Our facility does not have a lift or ramp and is not wheelchair accessible.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments.
Pricing
Service prices and series package rates may be adjusted periodically.
Same-Day Reschedule Policy
We understand that unexpected things can come up, and we always do our best to accommodate schedule changes.
However, when your appointment has been reserved ahead of time, that time is set aside especially for you, and it can be difficult to offer it to another guest on short notice.
For this reason, same-day reschedules are considered a late change and may be subject to a 50% fee, unless we are able to fill the appointment.
